Mammoth Pet Supplies dispatches most orders using Australia Post eparcel, express eparcel or via TNT courier. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment being received. Some special order items, marked with an asterisk (*), may have longer dispatch times of up to 10 days. Please refer to the estimated shipping time at checkout for an idea of when your order will be delivered.

Estimated shipping time, after dispatch, using Standard Post and Courier is 2-7 business days. Estimated shipping time for Express Post orders is 1-3 business days after dispatch. Shipping times may be delayed during peak postage seasons (e.g, Christmas), or for orders containing selected special order items, marked with an asterisk (*).

Very rarely due to unexpected overwhelming demand or delays in re-supply or customs clearance of imports, we may experience stock shortages on certain items. If you have placed an order and this is the case, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer an estimated delivery time, alternative or refund. Most items can be re-supplied within 72 hours.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel as well as your delivery postcode. The shipping calculator can be viewed on each item page, as well as in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Authority to leave may be requested by the customer, however for insurance reasons Mammoth Pet Supplies reserves the right to refuse the authority to leave where it is deemed necessary, or the parcel is of a certain value or nature. Mammoth Pet Supplies always reserves the right to request a signature as proof of delivery where required.

To track your order once it has been dispatched, please log into your account and click on the relevant order.
