WHAT can be returned?
Products that are faulty, damaged or not as described will be replaced or a refund given. All returned items must be in undamaged, unopened, original resaleable condition for a refund or credit to be given.

What if it is the wrong size or colour?

All other returns are at the discretion of Mammoth Pet Supplies based on the product. Where possible, Mammoth Pet Supplies will allow the customer to return the product at their expense and will provide a store credit. To qualify for a store credit, all items must be in undamaged, unopened, original resaleable condition .

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 30 days of purchase.

HOW and WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact our customer care department and a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA) will be given, along with instructions for the return of the item. Email: info@mammothpetsupplies.com.au

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates paid by the customer are not refundable. Unless an item is being returned for fault or damage, as agreed by Mammoth Pet Supplies, all return shipping is to be paid by the customer, including the reshipping of items for exchanges.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be given credit for use on our website. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for refunds or exchanges.

Packing materials?
All items need to be in original packaging for returns to be accepted.
